We provide free shipping for all Domestic orders that amount to $150 or more.
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm PST), on weekends or on holidays.
Once the package is in the possession of the carrier, we cannot be held responsible. We will not provide replacements or refunds for merchandise that has been confirmed as delivered.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please double-check the shipping address. Additionally, check for any notices of attempted delivery and inquire if someone else accepted the package on your behalf. In rare instances, packages may be marked as delivered up to 36 hours before their actual arrival.
